Children Empowered

So far, 1,566 destitute and vulnerable women have been guided towards rebuilding their lives with dignity and independence through this Home. Under the visionary initiatives of K. Veeramani, many children raised at the Home have successfully pursued education and secured placements in Periyar’s Educational Institutions as teachers, engineers, junior assistants, and office bearers.

The sustained efforts and compassionate leadership, supported by Thirumathi Mohana Veeramani, who stands as a pillar of strength to the Home, have ensured continuous care even beyond rehabilitation.

Regular follow-ups and personal visits are made to women who have been married and settled, reflecting a deep commitment to their long-term well-being.

The children at the Home receive dedicated attention, care, and guidance, fostering both academic and personal growth. This is clearly reflected in their outstanding achievements, including consistent 100% academic results and numerous accolades in sports and extracurricular activities. Their accomplishments stand as a testament to the nurturing environment and holistic development provided by the Home.
